Does the cosmetics world interest you? Would you like to be the first to test cosmetic innovations (face creams, haircare products, make-up, etc.) to satisfy your scientific curiosity? BIO-EC Laboratory carries out clinical trials enabling the various cosmetics brands to validate the tolerance and efficacy of their products under actual usage conditions. All our evaluations are carried out under the supervision of a dermatologist.

Safety of the products :

Each of the formulas and ingredients tested have already undergone tolerance tests which ensure their innocuousness. Since 2006 over 800 volunteers have regularly participated in our tests with no recorded serious risk.

Confidentiality and regulations :

Cosmetic products are evaluated on volunteers in compliance with current French and European Community laws on the protection of people undergoing biomedical research. All the data gathered within the context of a study are confidential and anonymity is respected in accordance with the French Data Protection Act.

Study process :

If you correspond to the selection criteria, you must read, fill in and sign the study participation consent form.
During the study: before, during and after using the product tested, non-invasive measurements may be taken by our clinicians under medical supervision. The duration of the studies may vary from a few hours to several months.
When the study is complete you will receive the relevant indemnification.

Indemnification :

You will be indemnified for any study carried out in full. The travel and participation indemnities for a completed study are:
– Paid by bank cheque at the end of the study.
– Variable depending on the constraints of the study.
– Limited to 4,500 euros per year and tax-free.
The medical check-up for inclusion in our panel or for updating your file is not indemnified.
